Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products within 7 business days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a tracking number must be provided.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- Refunds are processed once returned products are received and inspected.
- Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery with clear photo documentation.
- Order cancellations requested before shipment may be subject to a $25 processing fee. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no refund or reshipment will be offered. A one-time 30% discount may be provided toward a future purchase.
- Once an order has been handed over to our logistics provider, delivery timelines are beyond our control. Packages may remain in “Pre-shipment” status until scanned by the courier service provider.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
